IMSE Kickoff Symposium: Critical Challenges at the Interface of Mathematics and Engineering

On September 17-18, 2012, IMSE will host a symposium “Critical Challenges at the Interface of Mathematics and Engineering” at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Plenary Speakers are François Baccelli, University of Texas at Austin, and Gunnar Carlsson, Stanford University.  Thematic sessions planned are Computing, Networked Systems, Risks and Decisions, and Stochastics & Dynamics.
